We propose to take charge of the fitness preparation of your team at the beginning of the season (from the end of July to the beginning of September) with a custom program, that is to say that you only have to apply the fitness exercises that we propose to you.
The pre season fitness program is over 5 weeks with 3 weekly sessions, it is a PDF document and includes:
- All physical exercises,
- The playful explanation of the exercises,
- Consistency between physical sessions,
- Explanation of the type of physical work performed during the session,
- Links to the pages of our site dealing with a specific topic (e.g. stretching, warm-up, running shoes…).
